“For I was hungry and you gave me something to eat, I was thirsty and you gave me something to drink, I was a stranger and you invited me in” Matthew 25:35″
A cheerful atmosphere and volunteers who treat clients with dignity and respect greet those coming in for help.
We are witnessing an astounding need in our community. Friends and neighbors are out of jobs, single mothers have to decide “do I pay my rent or feed my children”, senior citizens make the decision to eat or pay for their medicine, and families are struggling to meet mounting expenses. Out of money, and nearly out of hope, people come through our doors every day looking for help. As a community, we must help those in need.
To provide food, education, and spiritual support to low income families in Rochester and the surrounding communities, demonstrating the love of Christ to all. Area farmers have been generous in donating beef, pork, and garden produce. Hunters provide venison.
